Order Processing:

  • Vintage Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Made to order pieces are processed within 2 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery times for standard shipping within the United States are 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options are available with estimated delivery times of 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to most countries.
  • Estimated delivery times for international shipping vary by destination and shipping method chosen.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.
  • If you have questions about whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Issues:

  • Love & xx’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in this process to the best of our ability.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
